A World of Magic, Innovation, and Adventure

Step into our EPCOT guide, a place where you can travel the world, step into the future, and take a high-speed ride through the galaxy, all in just one day. Walt Disneys originally visioned as the “Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow,” although EPCOT has now evolved into a park that combines cutting-edge technology, cultures from around the world, and, of course, plenty of delicious food (Our favourite way to experience a new culture is through its snacks, and face it walking round the world you’er gonna need snacks).

The Secret Sauce of EPCOT

If EPCOT had a middle name, would it be “Festival“? Nearly year-round, EPCOT does one thing better then any other Disney park festivals. Home to some of Disney’s best seasonal events, each bringing unique food, drinks, and live entertainment.

  • EPCOT International Festival of the Arts (Jan – Feb): This creative explosion of interactive art, showcasing artists creativity, Broadway style musical performances, and eye-catching food (Come for the art, stay for the Figment popcorn bucket).
  • EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival (Spring): Disney’s beautiful version of a botanical paradise, featuring stunning topiaries, fresh flavoured eats, and the live music with Garden Rocks Concert Series.
  • EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival (Fall): This is ultimate foodie paradise, where you can eat and drink your way around the world and use a trash can as a table. If you see us walking around struggling to balance several different dishes and several drinks assume you are at EPCOT during this festival.
  • EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays (Nov – Dec): A celebration of  the worlds holiday traditions, complete with seasonal treats and a stunning Candlelight Processional.

A Global Feast Awaits at EPCOT

  • San Angel Inn Restaurante (Mexico): Did someone say tacos, margaritas, and waterfront views, (Yes, please), sit back and watch the boats of Gran Fiesta Tour float by while enjoying a meal.
  • Biergarten (Germany): A traditional village from Germany, where every meal feels like Oktoberfest, feast with on bratwurst, strudel, and beer (oh my!).
  • Space 220 (World Discovery):  Dine in outer space (or at least, it feels that way) with a stellar prix-fixe menu and intergalactic views.

Why EPCOT Deserves a Spot on Your Disney Itinerary

If you’re still wondering whether EPCOT should make it into your Walt Disney World plans, the answer is an easy yes. EPCOT has a selection of attractions for all ages from rides to shows to savouring margarita’s in Mexico. With its charm of World Showcase filled with character meet and greets, adventures with Rocket and Groot, and nostalgic history (anyone else remember how cool Captain Neo was) EPCOT offers something different with every visit. And with return of Club Cool in 2021 you can still gift your friends with a sip of Beverly (no better way to say thank you for being my friend) yet another reason EPCOT should be part of your Disney vacation.
