Spring Has Sprung
EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival Is Here
Spring has officially arrived at Walt Disney World, and you know what that means! It’s time for one of EPCOT’s most stunning (and delicious) events of the year! From today March 5th to June 2nd, 2025, the International Flower & Garden Festival transforms the EPCOT park into a vibrant world of breathtaking topiaries, fresh flavours, and live entertainment.
This festival is a personal favourite, and I know I’m not alone—while the gardens are stunning and the topiaries are truly Disney magic, let’s be honest though I’m there for the food.

A Feast for the Senses (Mainly Taste!)

Why This Festival Tops Our List
The EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is a perfect mix of food, stunning landscapes, and live entertainment. Each visit brings something new, from seasonal menu updates to freshly bloomed topiaries.
I honestly wish we could visit every year—our last visit to this festival was in 2023, and I still dream about some of the dishes. If you’re heading to Walt Disney World this spring, make sure you stop by EPCOT to soak in the sights, savour the flavours, and enjoy the fun.
And most importantly eat responsibly (or don’t, I won’t judge).
